The South INNO8 GNSS receiver is a state-of-the-art geospatial solution that redefines the accuracy and efficiency of positioning technology. With Visual Positioning & Stakeout features, this receiver ensures unparalleled accuracy in surveying and mapping tasks. INNO8 offers impressive performance with models up to 1760 channels. It integrates advanced features such as 3D modeling of the measurement environment. Farlink 2.0 ensures seamless communication and data transfer, while the 4th generation IMU improves motion detection and improves accuracy in dynamic environments. Experience the pinnacle of GNSS technology with INNO8, which sets new standards for geospatial innovation!
SOUTH Group has a decade of experience in UAV photogrammetry. This has led to the creation of a unique and efficient photogrammetry algorithm for INNO8. Thanks to this, INNO8 can collect image and coordinate data directly. Users can take photos or record videos while walking. With just one group of photos or video, users can get coordinates for all objects within the measurable area, measuring hundreds of points in minutes.
Compared to traditional photogrammetry devices, INNO8's data collection speed is faster. After capturing photos or videos, users can perform real-time automated processing using the controller's data collection application. This allows users to obtain coordinates without the need for PC post-processing software, especially in time-critical situations.
Compared to traditional RTK, INNO8 has a wider operating range and fewer blind spots. The photogrammetry function allows surveyors to remotely measure points without a GNSS signal or with poor signal quality from a location with a good GNSS signal. Points without a satellite signal, such as spaces under roofs, can now be measured. Previously challenging places with GNSS signal multipathing, such as dense wooded areas or construction sites, are now easier to measure.
Using visual positioning, surveyors can work in the field quickly. Image data can be stored for a long time and reused at any time. These features are particularly well suited for unconventional GNSS surveying tasks, such as recording accident sites and excavation sites in urban public spaces.
From an investment perspective, INNO8 stands out as a more cost-effective and versatile alternative for land surveying tasks compared to other measuring devices, such as laser scanners.
A significant feature of photogrammetry is labor saving. Using INNO8, surveyors can make remote measurements from distances of up to 10 meters or more (in an ideal situation), which eliminates the need to physically approach each measurement point. This way of working significantly saves physical strain, which reduces the manpower associated with field work. If some data needs to be measured again, the surveyor does not need to return to the field. You can click on the saved photos to get the coordinates, making re-measurement a breeze.
